Chia Orange Pudding
1 1/4 Cup Almond milk–or milk of preference
3 dates
zest of one orange
1/2 C orange juice
1/3 cup Chia seeds
Blend 1 1/4 C almond milk, 3 softened dates and zest of one orange together. Add 1/2 C orange juice. Transfer to a bowl. Add 1/3 C chia seeds and leave for 30 minutes. Stir in chppped segments from one orange. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
May top with fresh blueberries and or coconut cool whip. Great for breakfast or as a dessert.
