Creamy Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Dates (pitted and steamed lightly)
2 Medium, ripe, avocados (peeled and pitted)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of preference and consistency desired)
1/3 cup cacao or carob powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt – optional
1/4 tsp Maca powder – optional
1 T coconut oil – optional
Blend all ingredients until creamy
