Nacho Cheese Dip–RAW

1 cup raw cashew (soak at least 2 hours)

1 lg. red bell pepper

Juice of one large lemon

½ cup nutritional yeast

½ t red chili pepper flakes

½ to 1 tsp. sea salt

 

Optional:  Add chili powder or cumin for a southwestern zing.

 

Directions:  Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Serve with nacho chips and garnish with fresh sliced jalapenos and diced tomatoes.
