Pineapple-Raspberry-Blueberry Cream Topping

Pineapple/Raspberry/Blueberry Cream Topping

1 –20 oz. can pineapple chunks or crushed; OR 2 cups raspberries; OR 2 cups blueberries  OR whatever other fruit of preference you may have.

1 box Mori-nu silken tofu

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

Blend in blender all ingredients until smooth and creamy.  

If raspberries are too tart–add 2-3 dates until desired sweetness.
