Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cup soy yogurt plain
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour – gives the stretchy cheese consistency

Directions

Blend till smooth, then cook till thickened.

Notes

May also added about 2-3 tsp of salt as cheese is salty. Totally optional.
