Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked butternut squash
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 onion
- 3/4 cup soy yogurt plain
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp tapioca flour – gives the stretchy cheese consistency
Directions
Blend till smooth, then cook till thickened.
Notes
May also added about 2-3 tsp of salt as cheese is salty. Totally optional.
