Nacho Cheese Dip
1 Cup Raw Cashews (Soaked for 2hrs)
1 large red bell pepper
Juice of one large lemon
½ Cup nutritional yeast
½ tsp. red chili pepper flakes
½ to 1 tsp salt
Optional: Add chili powder or cumin for a southwestern zing
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with nacho chips and garnish with fresh sliced jalapenos and diced tomatoes.
